Our family had a wonderful trip to Rosemary Beach over Labor Day weekend! The house we rented through Benchmark was amazing! Every detail was addressed as far as the equipment we needed for the beach, the kitchen amenities and the location. What a wonderful trip!

Rosemary Beach is beautiful. It is not easily accessible to the public. You must have the code for the gated access. There is a nice ramp as well as steps to get to the sand.

As long there is no cold snap like 50 deg weather you will be fine.

It’s not near as cold as where you live. It’s always a great time to visit the panhandle of Florida as well as the Alabama Beaches!! Sorry I’m not sure on the other questions. That’s just my two cents on your first question. More
