    Awesome place
It’s an awesome place. It’s a pity we can’t join tour 3 cos the tour has started. But the tour group was just in front of us. We even overtook them. There could be greater flexibility to allow people to join esp since the #pax is less. 7 out of max 10 pax. Tour 2 was awesome too.

    Good experience
Nice an well maintained caves . Took Tour 2 due to the raining season but it was fairly easy with lots of steps that makes you sweat a lot at the end. However, there is suitable lighting and we were able to appreciate the awesome caves but sad to see graffiti on some of the areas. Wish management were a little strict to monitor and clean it. Saw a guide that didn't reprimand some kids on a tour that didn't follow the instructions and sneaked out of the path. Anyway, it's a good experience for 2 hours. There is very limited option for food or water so bring your own.

    Jaw dropping
I have been in caves with prettier, multi coloured formations but wow - I have never been in such an immense system containing such magnificently mighty formations. Jaw dropping, frankly. My photos and videos simply don't capture the size of these caves. I was fascinated and longed for a time machine. We can only guess at how it came to be like this. This place should definitely be on everyone's to-do list in Ipoh.

    Top of the world feeling
A very unique and special place. We took the dry route and climbed up to 125m highest point. Interesting to view various points along the walk. I think, along, Platform 4 is the Windy Tunnel. Very interesting as the wind just blew in a "trapped environment".

The cave is beautiful if you don’t want to get wet go for tour 1 or tour 2, make sure to hydrate as there is a lot of steps, it’s also bit hot and humid inside the cave so you will sweat, the views in the cave however is beautiful, go on weekdays for less crowd

30min drive from Ipoh. Opted for 1hr Self tour 2 (dry). Nice limestone cave. Sad to see graffiti on the wall of the cave. Other than that overall nice experience and slow walk with family. Do wear light clothing, humidity is high in the cave. Advise to go for 40min self tour(Dry)is enough.

Took about 30mins by car from Ipoh to reach Gua Tempurung. It’s a huge and deep limestone cave. Tour 2 allows you to walk the entire walkable length of the cave without getting wet. Sufficient lighting along the way. Lots of stairs along the way. It’s cool at the start of the cave and gets more humid towards the end.

We did Tour 2. Actually the most difficult parts were covered in the Tour 1 sections as once you reach the Tour 2 sections, it is less taxing and crowded. There are many steep stairs and is not recommended for anyone with poor fitness and heart condition. Strangely though, we saw many children around 4 or 5 years of age.

This limestone cave , Gua Tempurung, is worth to visit . We reached there 10am , Friday , just a few visitors , we picked tour 2- reach up to platform 5 . It took about 1 hr20 min, include stopped and took photos .
For young peoples, Would recommend to do tour 3 or 5, as can walk down to the cave and come out from the cave thru water stream!

My husband and I visited this place on the weekend morning around 9.30 am. We chose the Tour 2,which takes you approximately an hour or so to walk around the cave.

Tour 2 is the dry tour. Suitable for all age. It is not a guided tour (you do not need one), it is more walk around at your own pace. For this tour 2, you able to visit 5 platforms. Tour 1 is only 3 platforms and you will missed the special wind tunnel at platform 4 if you go for tour 1.

The counter lady explained well to us on the difference between tour 1 and 2, polite and soft spoken lady.

Overall, some stairs climbing included but not too tough as you can do it on your own pace.
