Having visited many Wartime Museums all over Europe & The World, I wasn't expecting too much from this little advertised double Museum! Perhaps expecting a short visit, but as it turned out we left over 3hrs later and in awe of what an amazing place...More

Highly interesting museum with some interesting exhibits. It really is best to visit when the Twinwoods festival is on in August and get the full wartime nostalgic experience

Hopefully this information will help: Saturday viewing by appointment only. Open Sundays and Bank holiday Mondays, except during large festivals, during the August bank holiday and other dates. Viewings on Saturdays also... More
