I was on Grand Cayman with my 21 year old daughter, who loves animals of all kinds (I had to pick "family with teens" on the form below because there is no option for family with grown child). We really enjoyed this - we were lucky enough to get a private tour (we were on Grand Cayman shortly after it reopened and there were very few tourists). The iguanas are clearly very well cared for. It is a bit hot and sunny, so be prepared (hat, sunscreen). The drive out to the Queen Elizabeth Botanical Gardens is lovely. The gift shop is really nice, by the way. My daughter got to pet "Peter" (the ambassador iguana featured in the photos with royal family members on the walls of the gift shop).…

I visited today and was incredibly impressed by the place as well as the guided tour. Dylan was our guide, he was knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his job. Throughout the talk, we were able to find out information related to each stage of an iguana's life as well as facts related to diet/habitat and the conservation program.…

I had the opportunity to volunteer at BIC (Blue Iguana Conservation.) I was able to get involved in the daily life of a Cayman Blue Iguana ! The experience was amazing and very educational.
