My family has been going to Hidden Valley Springs since the 80's, so now 4 generations. We return each and every time when in the Philippines because it is an amazing place to spend the day. In the middle of nature, it remains clean and unchanged, except for the shower facilities, which if you have been going for as long as we have, were a welcome upgrade.
It is a trek to get to (it's called Hidden Valley!) but well worth it once inside. Day trips include lunch and merienda which are good! It is a small family run business, which I personally love. Sir Carding is still there, still kind and still smiling. I do not say this lightly, but he could teach a master class in Philippine Hospitality and heart warming to see he is there. It says a lot about a business when they are able retain their staff for so long. Visitors are a mix of both locals and travelers. If you like natural springs, and love being in nature, could not recommend Hidden Valley enough.

This place takes some two hours to get (without too much traffic) and at least three hours back in heavy traffic. You have to set out very early if you only have only one day. The fee is 2,500 pesos per person (includes a mediocre lunch and a snack) and a driver would cost 5000 pesos for the whole day.
The forrest is very beautiful and the highlights are mineral springs, including hot springs. A truly wonderful escape from Manila!

I celebrated my birthday at Hidden Valley Springs and I am pleased with my overall experience mainly because of the peaceful environment and the awesome staff.
Though it was a Saturday, it didn't get packed amd there was plenty of space for everyone. The staff were very courteous and helpful to us, especially during the lunch buffet wherein they were very swift in our small requests. As for the lunch, it is basic Filipino fare but I am not complaining because the food has homecooked goodness to it. However, I hope they would add more dishes to the buffet soon.
They say that a con is the expensive price of 2,500 pesos per person for a day trip. It might be expensive but it's worth it, considering the almost exclusive vibe of the place and the lush greenery that would surely make you relax.

We had a fairly large group with kids from age 2-25 and everyone had a great time here! I read other reviews before going and they were quite accurate and gave me a good sense of the place. Bring mosquito repellant, water shoes and towels then prepare to enjoy! The photo ops are spectacular so bring a water camera or a waterproof phone bag. My favourite was the large warm pool - just delightful! If you stay over the little cabins are very nicely outfitted and comfortable. Enjoy Hidden Valley, a super easy day trip from Manila.

Me and my coworker had a chance to have a team building/swimming activities for relaxation during our day off. It is advisable to hire a van since they have free parking space. Its almost 2 hours drive from Makati (depends on traffic specially on high way near Padre Pio church and Alabang) We made a reservation and pay ahead on time its 2,500 (not cheap) it includes buffet lunch and snack in the afternoon. The place is huge and very quiet, the staff are attentive, the food serve are all filipino food. The locker need to pay for 500 but its refundable.

We had the opportunity to go there during a day off from work and it was very successful. We have arranged a van and driver for the day. The place is two hours drive from Manila. Admission fees are 2,500 PHP per person (not cheap) and include lunch buffet and afternoon snack. It is locked in an amazing rain forest and very clean. We used mainly the hot pool (largest). Do not waste time going to the hidden fall pool as it is long walk and very small pool. We could really relax from work and get energy for the coming week. Bring with you water sandals, towel and clothes for changing.

Don’t miss spending few hours at the springs. Try and even upgrade with an evening bathing - it’s magical

Good:
-Great Place to Relax
-Quiet and close to Nature
-Several Pools and all are clean
-Super Clean House/Room
-Buffet included (Miryenda ,Dinner , Breakfast)
Bad:
-a bit pricey but worth it
-Food is not so great, just your normal filipino food (lengua, chicken, bibinka etc)
Been here a couple of times with family and friends. Will definitely comeback.

If you are the type who are more adventurous than just up to relax and sit and do nothing, maybe don't go here. Everything is clean but things can get old for you quick. Pricey too and buffet is just super average for the price.

Hi. How much is the rate day tour for a total of 14pax? Do you have a group rate?
Also, do you accept credit cards? Please advise asap. Thanks.

I only stayed there for about 6 hours. It was a day trip. However; I did see some villas on the property. I’m not sure if they take walk-ins or if reservations are needed. I’m sorry I can’t provide a definitive answer.

The place is good but the service to ask during dinner is not much good. Nakakalungkot they priority the foreign nationals nabubulunan na kasama namin di pa kami mabigyan ng tubig. Do we need to be foreign nationals so that we can get a better service?
Can i ask if how to go there ? Thanks

Best way to get there is by taxi or shuttle from your hotel. Always have your cab driver switch on the metre or negotiate the price before you go. Hope this helps :)
