Very nice place to visit in Sao Vicente. Picturesque views. Its a little bit of trek on foot so maybe a car or cab will save you a hike uphill. Make sure to bring your panoramic camera ;)
You get a great view from up the Porchat Island but I advise you to go with a car. The walk is kinda long unless you wanna exercise a little. From up there you can see the Itararé Beach and the São Vicente Bay.
