A lovely little church set in the middle of the former abbey. Lovely stained glass windows and lots of information about the church. Small donations, I am sure, are always welcome in the collection box.

It's not a big church but it's serene. The location is jus next to the Lanercost Priory ruins. The entrance is free.

We arrived in the church just after the Sunday Service. What lovely people greeted us! We were offered free tea and coffee and made to feel very welcome. It is a charming old church which is well worth a visit.
