I think you are mixed up with a tuk tuk or taxi, which cost 1500+ baht for the whole day to hire. There are green buses that go from Khao Takiap to Hua Hin Airport for 10-20 baht. They do advertise Sam Roi Yot though so... More

Unfortunately I found no English speaking guides. In fact, the person that collects the money at the park HQs doesn't speak English either. They will give you a map that shows where the various attractions are located... More
