This is a beautiful beach very close to where I live. Always nice for a walk, any time of the year. Gets busy on sunny days in summer - the hordes arrive out from Derry! Apart from that, not actually busy!

Unless you go during hottest part of summer you will have a peaceful walk on the beach. Take your dog if you want to. Great for a long walk on the beach

Beautiful beach on the main road between Derry & Buncrana. It has a blue flag and is quite safe to swim. Usually not too busy and car parking beside it.

The Lisfannon Strand is one of Inishowen's beautiful beaches, which attracts tourist and locals all year round. The beach walk from Buncrana Golf Club to the North West Golf Club has to be one of the best in Donegal.
