This is my native town and I used to live beside this beach so have many fond memories I return while visiting family. My dogs love their visit too. Great playground close by and love the walking path .

Lovely walk over Ancient Buncrana bridge past O’Doherty Keep, to lovely Irish beach. Wonderful trip.

Cold when we visited so only did walks on beach. Enjoyed it but lacks in facilities that I could see. Wild and furious sea when we were there but lacks the grandeur of so many other Donegal beaches

We stayed overlooking the beach lovely walks and great sunsets but be careful of the tides as when the tide comes in you can get cut off at some of the rocks

Early morning walks here really help you feel part of this place. The views of the waterside & the beach really are well worth the visit even just for the fresh air.

Small beach on the shore front of the town. Loads of parking and a large green area beside it. A childrens playground and tennis courts adjoining the green area. The beach was also clean and uncrowded.

Lovely clean friendly beach the sand is the best I've put my feet onto no matter what the weather it's nice to walk on and it's only 5 minute walk into town center
