Our tour stopped here and we got a demonstration of weaving and a complimentary Irish coffee. They sell beautiful woolens and Irish jewelry here. The prices are pretty high but the quality is the best we saw anywhere. There’s a great selection of woven wool...More

Ardara is a long trip up through Co. Donegal’s beautiful scenery but well worth for one in search of that special Irish tweed jacket or cape. Triona Design is located in an understated building. Inside are racks of multicolored rows of tweed jackets. I found...More

Lots of stylish clothing items, mostly made from machine woven cloth and priced for American tourists. I did not see any hand-woven items but have been assured by Triona management (after my original review) that they have 2 full-time and 2 part-time hand weavers.
