Easy terrain would suit most people. went at a leisurely pace with 5 dogs in tow who thoroughly enjoyed the adventure except for the odd windy gap. Highly recommend a visit.

Did this walk a few weeks ago. Took us 1 hour, the view was well worth the walk up. However, on my return to the car park, a woman got out of her car and pounced on me for not having paid the €2 car...More

This walk took us over an hour, rather than the 45 minutes some suggested, but it was pleasant and not difficult. Not much elevation gain. Beautiful views out to Skellig Michael, lovely wildflowers, and bucolic scenery complete with sheep and cows along the way.

We didn't do the whole loop but walked up the 2km path to the head and back the same way. Going there is all uphill but coming back is so much easier. The views along the way and from the headland are fantastic.

This is a truly spectacular walk with lovely views. Not for people With fear of heights! The path goes right next to the cliffs.

You have to pay €2 to park which is a bit random for the middle of nowhere in Kerry but anyways off we went. It's a lovely walk, takes about 2 hours, great views of the Skelligs. A popular spot. Lovely rugged coastal views and...More

Park at the trailhead for 2 euro and set off. The path is uphill, but not terribly steep. Rough underfoot so good shoes needed. All the way there is the amazing sound of birdsong and some birds to admire. Unfortunately when I reached the summit...More
