Quite busy. service quite good but menu misleading. Based on previous experience here we ordered a Limerick Ham Sandwich which should be delicious. But what we got was Salty Bacon in 2 large slices of Batch Loaf. This is a gross misrepresentation of Limerick Ham & nothing like the real thing which we previously tasted here. Won't risk it again.

Adare is one of the most beautiful towns in Ireland. We had lunch in one of the pubs. There is a large variety of pubs so you will be “spoilt for choice.”

During our stay in the Adare area we enjoyed the Aunty Lea's Bar and Bill Chawke's Bar. The food, drink and staff in both places were excellent! The food portions were good and tasty. The server's in both establishments were friendly and attentive. Not only did they provide excellent service, they took the time to share they thoughts about the local area and simply chat. Both bars gave us the "Irish Experience" we wanted.

Fish and Chips were great. First time having mushy peas and really enjoyed them.
Friendly atmosphere and would definitely go back next time in the area, hopefully it won't take me too long to get back this time.

Visited Adare village-a small town with everything. The pubs were friendly (Pat Collins and Sean Collins pubs were my favorite) good music and reasonable prices and food.

This pub sits right in the heart of town, near the thatched roof cottages. There is pizza and other places nearby, but if you want the real experience, go here. True Irish pub, full of locals as well as tourists from nearby lodging. Service a bit slow due to crowd and only one waitress, but food and portions were outstanding. Recommend the bubble and squeak (what we think of as corned beef with cabbage). Massive serving, yet I nearly finished it all. Husband had lamb stew and didn't leave a drop. Be patient, kick back, watch some soccer and order a pint.

There is always something going on in each of them. The food is great and reasonable. Check and see when there is live music if you want a special treat. Each year we make it a tradition to visit each pub at least for one meal that week.

Adare Ireland is a must when you visit west Ireland the picture perfect cottages the pubs and Adare Manor make this a must see while in Ireland. Conveniently located close to Limerick Shannon airport and a lovely drive to the Cliffs of Moher.
