Perfect beach for children! Easy access even if it might be difficult to park on a sunny day. No restaurant options except the opportunity to buy expensive ice cream.

Clean beach with vast area to play when tide is out. Rocks and great shell. Lifeguards on duty during the summer. Beautiful.

Visited this beach lately with my young family. Very clean lovely looking beach. The only point of complaint is the toilets at the back of the surf school where in dire need of attention.

Train not an option, cheapest is bus and the bus from Dublin to cork costs the same as cork to clon both about 22 euro return, there is also schedules to consider, best of luck with your travels
