This pub has fantastic atmosphere, popped in for a drink, to be told there would be a good live band later that evening. Returned after dinner, so happy we did, the music was fantastic and the patrons even better.

We stopped here for lunch recently and ordered soup and the toasted special. The food was tasty and arrived fairly quickly. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had a lovely pint of beamish to wash it down. Great little folk bar. Would recommend to everone.

The musicians started out with three, than four then five and six, ended with seven. Not only were there more they were better and so we're our vocals. It was great craic'. Will be coming back.
