We loved visiting the birds of prey. Very educational for the kids and the girls who own the animals are so passionate.

There are plenty of owls on show and all are fine healthy specimens. My 1yr old and three year old loved the snakes though. The ladies in charge are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we left with some snake skin that my young lad has up on his wall in his room.

This is a must do on each day of your stay at Trabolgan, it's excellent value for money as return visits are free for residents for the duration of your stay. It is a wonderful experience for grown ups and children alike. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and very intuitive. I would highly recommend this experience for children... Amazing value for money. €12 for our family. Went back every day. We know all the birds by name now. 😀 Really friendly staff. Very knowledgeable, very approachable. Best photos we ever had taken. Top tip: go and get your wristband when you arrive. Unlimited access for your stay. Worth every penny. BEST THING ABOUT TRABOLGAN by a mile.
