Nestled at the bottom of the Nagle Mountains if you are a visitor you really need to search to find this location if you are a local as a child you probably fished or swan here in the river which runs next to the site....More

This is way off the beaten path but well worth it. Where else can you have extensive grounds of ancient ruins all to yourself. Really lovely and quite. Don't miss. You could have a great picnic there if you thought ahead, but we didn't!

We got this place all to ourselves for an afternoon and I could have spent multiple days returning. It was a beautiful heap of ruins, but gave you a wonderful feel for the place.
