Had a very long and breezy walk along the sea front while in malahide and passed lots of walkers and joggers and people out walking their dogs too. Took a stroll onto the beach and enjoyed the beautiful late spring sunshine. Beach was very clean the bit I saw and good access on and off it too.

Absolutely stunning natural beauty. I suggest walking as far as you can round the coast line or hiring a bike and go for a ride up the coast to Howth where theres a great pub at the summit, called "The Summit". Its not an easy ride however and not for the faint hearted but truly stunning. Word of advice "Do... More

Watch out for the currents, they can easily whizz you out to sea or worse. Overall very nice beach though, best when not busy

This is a quite and beautiful beach to go for a walk. Whether you're alone or with family, it doesn't matter. Good parking right beside it, in case you need it and easily accessible by public transport too from Dublin city center. Great place to visit!👍

Malahide has a very beautiful little Village and a fantastic Beach. The Sea is very clear and the Beach is super clean. The local people are also very nice and easy to chat with. I really enjoyed my stay there and I must say it was one of my favorite parts from my Dublin visit. I fully recommend going there... More

Lovely little beach, enjoyed by locals and visitors alike! The locals are very aware of the dangerous tides but visitors should take note and be very careful if entering the sea.

This is a lovely beach. The tide is big so when it's out there is a vast area of lovely sands. With big tides come strong currents so great care must be taken if swimming. Kids are safe if supervised.

We found ourselves with time to kill on a recent trip,to Dublin, so we decided to see Malahide in the day time. It was a Buick drive from the airport hotel and was well worth the time. It was a beautiful Sunday morning the sun was shinning and the tide was out. The sea path is well maintained and full... More

Beautiful morning for a walk. Beach well used by families, dog walkers and fit bit fanatics. Lily talked the whole way.

As a long term resident can only saw good things about this beach in all weather. Check out the blow hole between malahide and portmarnock when the tide is in (near high rock).
