Its worth the 2 Euro to go and see the Stone Circle, it is not very spectacular but definitely worth the walk, go back to town via the back streets and see some nice cotages.

I had read extensively about the site, and was excited to see it as part of a wider Ring of Kerry trip. However, the site is somewhat underwhelming mainly due to the proximity of modern garden evergreen hedging that actually makes the site look like...More

Follow the sings and you will find this little gem: a tiny stone circle with a wishing tree... Very peaceful and refreshing.

very close to center of town, so worth the 5-minute walk. Look for the tree on which people have hung notes asking for divine (?) intervention

It is really small but with great spirit. It is not free, it has honesty box on entrance and asks about 2 euro per person. Worth visiting if you have 15 minutes of free time. Opened till night.

If I would omit something off my time in Kenmare, I guess this would be it. Location is right next to some construction site and other houses.

Very interesting, not crowded stone circle. Leave a small payment in a honest box. Almost in the middle of town, just ask how to get there.

Easy to get to and an interesting site. 2 Euros per person. We were the only people there, so it was fun to have the place to ourselves.
