We are from Spain and everytime we fly to the East Midlands, we drive to Monsal head for a day out. The scenery is breathtaking and if you walk down there is a place with beautiful waterfalls.

First time here. Arrived quite late to do much of the trail but probably managed about 4 miles. Good track - well maintained and flat. Nice views and interesting things along the way. Busy. Weather was good so that was a bonus. Feel it would...More
