As a fun cyclist and by no means expert, this was a good, safe environment. Amazed by crossing a wonderful viaduct followed by long, well lit tunnels. Flat, well maintained and a comfortable 8.5 miles end to end. Recommended

Walked part of the trail one day and cycled from north to south and back again the next the next. A great time for amateur geologists to look at the limestone outcrops! Dales scenery along with beautiful historical engineering!

Very busy at weekends, so if you can go midweek, well maintained paths and signage is good. Didn't complete the whole thing though!!

Hire bikes right outside the Trail at the tourist stop.
