Another great National Trust property. The house is interesting. It's the vast gardens which are brilliant and well worth walking round.

A lovely place to while away some time.the gardens are beautiful and the house impressive. I personally like to see the less grand parts of the house such as the kitchens and below stairs but the visit is very much to the grand rooms.

That's a hard question to answer not knowing which part of London you are coming from. However Stourhead is near Warminster in Wiltshire so generally you need to take the M3 and then A350 to Warminster - it's around 90 miles... More
