Great beach but you need to be very careful as horses seem to be on it now every day flying up and down, makes it quite dangerous.Whether the local council will do anything regarding this we may have to wait until someone is badly injured!

A must when in the area, an area of outstanding beauty, clean sand, walk for miles and never be bored with the ever changing scenery. Great for walking your dog, providing you clean up their mess.

Miles of sand to walk, run or stroll. Only spoilt by irresponsible dog owners who don't clear up!!!! Otherwise a beautiful area.

If you just want to chill out and breathe some extra-oxynated air, there is no better place than to walk along the East Strand in Portrush. Your prize is coming across the White Rocks, a cliff of limestone rearing up out of the sand dunes....More

The beach was stunning! Very clean wonderful sand. The water also looked very nice but as it was September I did not venture in. Even in the middle of winter when the waves are crashing against the rocks this beech is wonderful.
