The drive along the Causeway was delightful. We had terrific weather (which certainly helps)...the views & scenic overlooks were breathtaking. We have found all the locals we have met both friendly & accommodating 😎

Travelled from the giants causeway to Belfast via this route. Not a lot in the way of coffee shops on the way but many picnic areas. Some Spectacular views. You have to be lucky with the weather though. We travelled On a very sunny day.

If you go to Northern Ireland, you can't miss this. There are two options: (1) go on a tour bus, or (2) rent a car and drive yourself. I did the later, which is not only cheaper, but also allows you to choose your pace...More

Depends what your interests are - personally I'd have thought 2-3 days absolutely maximum, if you want to stop and see/do things en route.
