I call here irregularly. Its clean, it has toilets, it does provide a rain-proof route from a big, free car park to the town's more historic streets. There are now some vendors in the main corridor area.

Build as a "shopping mall" used for Iceland, car sales, cafe, pound shop, shoe shop, clothes shop and bric a brac... Built to bring more to the centre of carrickfergus used more as through way. Could do a lot better, shame.
