One of the largest churches in Wales, and historically important, don't miss this. If nothing else, it contains the last remains of Rhys ap Thomas, the man reputed to have killed Richard III.

What a phenomenal church. Beautiful inside, with lots of history attached. Pleasant staff and Parishoners, only too happy to converse with visitors. If you're really lucky (as I was) you'll hear one of the choirs practicing. Its a great place to shelter if its raining...More

What a wonderful church. I grew up in Carmarthen but never set foot in this church, we were chapel. Definitely worth a look around. Chatted to the verger(I think he was the verger) who was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for your welcome.

we went on a coach trip which stopped at Carmarthen we sat outside of this church which was a nice site to see we then went around the town centre which has other things to see like an old castle and stattues
