Small but interesting little place with a really enthusiastic curator. Loved the satirical medal of Cromwell! While there, pick up a leaflet for the Town Trail - it's really interesting.

Thos is a really wonderful small museum with friendly enthusiastic staff who know their subject well. It's not very large so won't take up too much of your time perfect for a chance to stop on a journey and stretch your legs.
