sunday sunshine with the family on one of co. downs best beaches.golden soft warm sand for the family to enjoy.fish and chips followed by cooling ice cream.the end of a perfect day.grand children exhausted.they sure went to sleep tired but very happy.

Lovely beach to visit on a warm summers Day! Ice -Cream Van & a Donut Van there. There is a Children's Playpark there as well. First Class location!

Took the dog out for a swim on beautiful cranfield beach last week. Water was clear and warmish... only problem was lots of jellyfish! So if you go just be careful of young children and pets. Parking can be a nightmare but its worth the...More

This is a lovely beach with great parking. It has toilets on site for your convenience. It has fantastic views and is a great walk. Dogs are allowed at certain times of the year.

Well worth a trip down. It gets very busy in season with the holiday parks. But off season it is still beautiful.

Beautiful place plenty to see and do in the area very easy to get to from southern Ireland with the ferry up and running from greenore to greencastle highly recommend the area
