Amazing location for a short trip from Bangalore. beautiful river and greenery around, you can spot crocodiles in river and deer around your cottages. The resort is well kept, food is just too good- healthy and tasty. Kudos to Mr Ravindranath and his staff. Do not miss the morning jungle walk – it just some 3 kms walk, but you get a good view of the surroundings from a watch tower on a hillock. One thing I wish they change is to publish the time restrictions for kayaking activity. We were asked to return kayaks in 15 minutes even when there no other guest waiting for this activity!…

I had visited as a Day trip to Bheemeshwari Wildlife Sanctuary. Visited on a Friday(not on public holiday) with wife and a 3 year old kid. Cost is 2200/- per head. Reached location at 11.00 AM. My Itinerary went like below: 1. Hearty welcome from Jungle Lodge employees and had Lime juice as a welcome drink. 2. Since lodge was not fully occupied, We got a cottage for whole day without any extra changes. 3. Freshen up for 30 min and started adventure activities. 4. Cat walk, Burma loops, Elephant walk, parallel walk and Zip line would be done at one shot. All these activities would take max 1 hr per person. These activities are very exciting and crew members are kind enough to guide every step. Zip line most exciting one. 5. At around 1.30 we went for lunch. Not many variety in food but available food was very tasty and hygiene food. 6. Walked in the river bed for 30 min and use the amenity near river bed for 1 hr. 7. Went back to room and slept for 1 hr. 8. Woke up at 4.30. Fresh up and had high tea at 5. 9. Started with Coral ride. takes around 30 min. Saw a crocodile on the rock. quite a big one. 10. Then started Kayaking ride. lasted in 20 min. 11. Went back to room, on the way saw group of deer, couple of Fox and couple of forest hog. These animals are common inside log premises at evening time 12. Started back to Bangalore Things I liked: 1. Sightseeing of many forest animals 2. Lodge employees are friendly and we can even reach the manager easily for any issues. 3. Food taste and Amenities provided inside lodge premises.…

Very nice place to visit with kids and family.other than the normal resorts we visit this is quite different place which we would like to go in. Atmosphere is very cool and comfortable, staff's are well behaved and they are helpful. Food is decent and nice, they give buffet for both lunch and breakfast. Breakfast was too good. One can go for tent houses with less price than the log huts as the food is same for all. Log huts are little more luxury than the normal one. They took us for safari and visited butterfly park, next day to zoo. And don't miss the morning nature walk with guide. Best experience in the recent days.…

Located at Mutatti road at about 15km from Halagur on Bangalore and Malavalli road is one of the beautiful hideout away from hustle bustle of the city life. Located in the midst of the jungle on the banks of the river Cauvery, the property is a pristine wildlife sanctuary. The property is managed by Jungle lodges group. You can either choose to just spend a day playing adventure games, boating and relaxing or you can opt for the stay at tents and the tree house. You can enjoy fresh fish catched and cooked locally. The food served will be sumptuous. Liquor can only be bought at the property, however you cannot carry your own as it is forest reserve.…
