We used to love driving over to walk around the ‘animal park’ and play on the parks here when we were kids, and I thought it would be another great place close-ish to home my kids could share those kind of memories. How wrong was...More

Had a look around the farm, abit abandoned really, some buildings look like they haven't been used in years. Admission is free, didn't see any staff/people in charge/feeders. Animals seemed pretty happy in their surroundings, saw a calf that has just been born, saw a...More

We used to enjoy visiting this "attraction" as Harry Tuffins. Its now a co-op and a bit of a mish-mash. We wont be back.

It was a Sunday about 1pm. The sun was beating down and the car booters were all packing up. We'd driven an hour in the hope of seeing some pigs. Ok, the park is free and I'm not one to grumble usually but the experience...More

Came here to visit as it was near where we are staying and it wasn't worth the bother. I felt sorry for the animals (especially the pigs and the peacock as they were in very small enclosures) as they were right next to a noisey...More

Called on the way back from Wales for lunch. Prepared while we waited, was hot and very well prepared.

This Country Park is ideal for a leisurely stroll, particularly if the weather is fine. It contains some interesting animals which would appeal to children and adults alike, from alpacas to water buffalo. The bonuses are easy parking and no admission charge.

This has been here as long as I can remember! A supermarket, a laundry, a 'greasy spoon' cafe, petrol station, as well as other bits and pieces. It looks tired these days, yet still hosts a regular Sunday Market which is nice to wander around...More

We seem to remember it was but from the top carpark as there are two. Drive past the store and then turn left.

Sorry I don't know as we only popped into their cafe for breakfast, but it is in a rural location.
