Visited this place with three generations of the family. Lovely staff...very knowledgable with fascinating stories. Lots to see in the museum all in lovely grounds with a pleasant cafe.

We loved this museum and it's setting. The collection and it's staff are absolutely great!!!! We could not have been better looked after!!!!!!

Even if you are not really into old vehicles the people in the museum will keep you entertained,the castle tower can be climbed and if reasonably fit give it a go.

It opens at 10.00, can't remember closing time I think it is around 5,

No, the website states that it is open to the public from 15th May 2017. closed on Saturday's.
