We were driving by and stopped off for coffee. The sun is burning my legs and sitting outside having a cream tea. Excellent reception and very pleasant place to spend an hour or so. Nice cup of tea served in a pot with spare water. Really good cream tea as well.

Although the interactive displays were informative I thought it to be expensive for what it was. The shop sold some good varieties of locally produced honey and products derived from it. All priced well. The cafe sold lovely cakes and different soft drinks in a farmhouse style setting. Scones would have tasted better if they had been warmed in the... More

It was rather a cloudy day so we decided to visit the Honey bee farm. Very interesting! We bought lots os presents including honey mead - tried it first! Then we paid to see the exhibition which was very informative. The tea rooms were lovely but we declined as we had just eaten. This is all set in a tranquil... More

Very friendly staff. Interesting seeing the bees in action. The gift shop is a must. We were allowed to sample some of the Mead that is created on site which is lovely, in fact we ended up buying two bottles to take home for Christmas Day. We visited the tea room and had a lovely cream tea whilst sitting in... More

Went to see the bees but only saw wasps. Very small place, really only good for tea room and shop, although it was quite expensive. There are a variety of honey and meads on offer though (£4-£5 for pot of honey, £11 for wine bootle sized bottle of mead)
