We had an interesting if brief family visit here today. The exibition is small but is cheap for a family ticket and we all learned quite a bit. The opening bee hive was very good to see and we bought some of their local mountain...More

Went there yesterday, mainly to buy some honey. The exhibitions were fabulous, so interesting and informative. The shop had an array of honeys, chutneys, marmalades, meads and cosmetic products; all of course made from honey. I had hoped for more adult books, recipes etc, but...More

Interesting but once you'd seen the exhibit which didn't take long there was nothing much to do. Nothing for the kids, was expecting some sort of interaction or someone kitted out with bee equipment that you could talk to. No one in the mead distillery...More

If you want to waste £10 this is he place to go. The exhibition was interesting to the point that you learned what bees do. I was extremely disapointed that it took only 15 to 20 mins to read everything look at some bees which...More

There wasn't much to do in the exhibit. I was expecting there to be bee hives or somewhere to walk around. It wasn't too expensive though and there was some interesting information.

We visited the farm when we had a few hours free. The staff we spoke to were informative and very pleasant. To see the bees how they work and live was fantastic especially if you Love nature the way we do. After wandering around we...More

Well that's 10 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. £12 for a family to see some bees in a box. Kids ended up drawing a picture of a bee just for something to do.

I think you're either going to love this, or not. We did. It's about 3 and a half quid in and is a building dedicated to giving you a great insight into the trials and tribulations of a bees life. There's 'live action' upstairs and...More

We took our dog today. Dogs arent allowed in the exibition so i waited outside with her. The place is close to the car park and there are tables outside to enjoy a cuppa whilst you wait.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by 'prices to get to' but the exhibition for the bees is £3.75 for an adult - can't remember child prices but is less than that! Would definitely recommend!
