Took our family here during a cloudy day at PCB. This is truly a "hidden gem"! The trails, beach access and scenery are fantastic. There is a small welcome center with some "artifacts". The park ranger was very friendly and helpful.

Ran across this park and decided to stop... glad we did. This place is so pretty and has great history too... the beach is beautiful but it is a bit of a walk... but so worth it. Very relaxing place.

Excellent views of the Bay, close to lodging on the west end of the beach, nice space for a celebration.

Looking for a place to walk one morning , we decided to explore Camp Helen park . We found an attractive little park , with well defined trails leading down to the beach . Not much wildlife around , though .

The path to the beach wasn't easy walking at some areas, so don't think a bike would work at all. We didn't find shells.
