This was a new place for us to visit. Lovely beach and a nice long frontage to walk. Plenty of places to get coffee and eat. There was a small children’s band playing in the square when we were there. Search out the murals that...More

We loved Gran Tarajal and it's beautiful beach. You have to speak Spanish or at least try. Lovely to see the children running freely in the warm evenings and we even experienced a delightful birthday party

It was lovely to walk along the beach here. Gran Tarajal is calmer and quieter than other more touristy towns in Fuerteventura. We found that it wasn't as windy so it did feel a lot hotter here than the beach we normally go to.

Great to show the kids the volcanic black sandy beach, they found it fascinating! Not very touristy, lovely and quiet - great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busier towns.

Nice beach, first time when I see black sand and was a nice experience being used with powder yellow/white sand beaches. Not so many activities, looks more like a quiet, family beach. We spend only 30 minutes for a quick swim so I might be...More
