What a beautiful spot! View is superb. Lovely little hideaway. Very busy the day we visited with a number of small groups, possibly for their Christmas get together but the service was friendly and not at all stressed, the coffee was some of the best...More

We walked up from the car park at the bottom of the hill, and followed a couple of tracks up to the summit, where we had a coffee and cake while looking over the Brisbane skyline. Entertained by a range of local birds, including pied...More

Caught up with a friend recently at Lovewell Project Cafe at Mt Gravatt Lookout. Great views from our table, we were joined by a friendly kookaburra for lunch. Good choice of lunch menu and friendly staff. We were surprised at how busy the lookout was...More

I often bring travelers here, for a good quick overview of Brisbane City .. especially since I can point out the Mt Cootha lookout as well

Coffee shop needs to open on weekend. The walk is good and the view is great. There are toilets which is also a bonus but nowhere to eat or drink open. Bit disappointing for tourists.

Nice view of the city. Also nice walks around the mountain. You can drive up to the lookout. There is a cafe there. Nothing really stands out but definitely worth a visit.

We have been to the top of Mount Gravatt hundreds of times over the past 45 years. It used to be a bit creepy and deserted many years ago especially at night but it has all been revamped now and is very safe and attractive....More

Good view of the city and airport direction. Cafe open sometimes but not later at night it seems. Road a little narrow and a few hoons so just be careful especially after dark.

Technically no. They close the gates so cars can't get through but if you wanted to, you could still walk through. I wouldn't recommend it though as it is dark and slippery.

Sorry, I have never been up to the lookout at night, however I have never seen the gate closed during daylight hours. My wife and I lived at Mount Gravatt years ago and we have had many walks and drives up the mountain... More
