The Saltos are relatively close to Huilo Huilo Hotel and Spa. Admission to attraction is available to hotel guests. The trail is moderate, easy access to the first landing where the view of the falls is rather good. With little additional effort better views can be had. Great photo opportunities.

This reminded me of hiking in northern Minnesota. The walk is well lined out with plenty of places to stop alonf the way. My friend that we are with say the water is down. It is the lowest they have ever seen. Take your time and look at it all.

I would have loved to see it at peak season. The water was a gorgeous blue in the pool below, but the waterfall itself wasn't flowing as fiercely due to it being the dry season.

Deep in the Huilo nature reserve close to the Nothofagus tree house hotel. Easiest way to find it is by following the waymarked trail from the hotel. Worth seeing but path is rough and not suitable for pushchairs etc.

Saltos del Huilo-Huilo it is a lovely place to visit. Unfortunately in our visit (end of February 2016), there was not enough water to make it spectacular as it should be.

Is a lovely trekking for about 1,5 hours. You get differents views of the falls while you walk for a nice Rauli forest.

The huilo huilo park did a big effort to bring the nature to the public. As for the saltos, they succeeded with flying colours, the sendero is worked upon with wood and plants to keep it most enjoyable in rain as well in heat.

This time I did a night visit with torchs. Interesting and beatiful outing. I imagine that it would be a unforgettable experience for kids. This is may second visit... in a sunny day its simply stunning! Esta vez hice una visita de noche con antorchas. Un lindo e interesante panorama.
