This is one of the biggest Ganesh statue they will celebrate at the time of Ganesh Chaturthi this is very famous in Tumkur approximately the height of the Ganesha is more than 10 feet this is very nice place to visit this temple is very common your mind will relax here you can spend some time here with happiness with cool and calm mind set.

The village was bustling with the preparations for chariot fair of Lord Ganesha. The preparation of ganesha involves getting the clay from the lake in gulur and then it progresses gradually for next 30 days. Visit this place to have blessings of god,

Great Ganesha idol

This temple is very good, the Ganesha idol is huge. The idol is being prepared from mud. The process starts from the Ganesha festival day. It takes about a month to start the pooja. The jasmine garland, mouse, snake around the stomach, the eaties and other things in his hands are so nicely sculpted, one has to see and enjoy. Ganesha idol is immersed in the river during December after a night long fun filled procession.
It is very near Tumkur on the Kunigal Road. Don't miss an opportunity to see this temple.
