Visually the most amazing park I ever visited.
600 acres of visual enjoyment, from tropical plants from the ground up to over your head, magnificent art made by stone pellets on walls. All types of animals real live looking and the amazing dinosaurs raging high into the sky the biggest ones. For me as a visual video storyteller I spent 7 hours emerging in to all the details the amazing staff of the park has and still are creating. There are shows, but I feel sorry for the elephants so I do not participate in those activities, riding ect. There is possibilities to buy food and drinks amongst the many bridge walks and there are eating spots to sit down and buy thai and other food/snacks. An incredible park and I highly reccomend do the walking then you really see the details. And bring sunscreen.. I did not ughhh!

    A must visit
I really liked the park. We were part of a tour and liked that everything was thought out. You don’t spend long in the heat, you take a break in air-conditioned rooms. We rode an elephant, took pictures at the show, a lot of emotions, but we spent a lot of money on souvenirs, it’s impossible to stop when they show you your photos in a frame)) the memories will remain 💯

    Nong Nooch village, Thailand
Nong Nooch Tropical garden is one of the tourist attraction of Thailand. The garden is situated in a vast area and we enjoyed the entire garden through the van. Cultural shows are enjoyable and we enjoyed the elephant show. Booked already for our lunch and it was nice. The area is look like a theme park and one can enjoy all the places in the garden

    Very impressed!
Gorgeous place!!! Despite the fact that I am not a particular fan of flowers and trees!!! I recommend everyone to visit at least once!!! We took a self-guided tour) caught a taxi from Jomtien and the taxi driver offered us to buy tickets at a discount (I don’t remember the price, about 100-200 Baht for three people off!) it’s hot, although there are a lot of paths in the shade) we were delighted by the orchids! I’m unlikely to go there a second time, but it’s worth going there!!! Huge cacti, elephants, orchids...)

Outstandng garden offering a lot of atraction !
Locate close to Pattaia this garden offers to all age visitors many sites of high quality to enjoy. A large cactus garden that I recommand to visit during the cactus flowering season. The Freanch garden presents a combination of Versailles landscape with Thai golden towers and shrins. Prety statues of a large variety of animals are displayed for kids to enjoy and the Dinosaurus replicas are amazing. Any photografer will be delited in this garden and the Elefant show is well appreciated. We had our launch in the International restaurant, rich of good dishes from all over the globus.

Fantastic venue with too much to see in a half day
This is a huge venue and is packed with plenty to see and do even if gardens are not your thing. Live shows are great and the themed gardens contain plenty to keep the kids interested and include plenty of shaded areas. The buffet meal means you dont need to leave the gardens to find food and has variety for everyone. We spent a half day and only scratched the surface so schedule a full day!

    The most enthusiastic impressions.
One of my most enthusiastic experiences of Pattaya and the best, I think, Attraction in the whole province! Two and a half square kilometres of greenery, botanical gardens, sculptures and historic structures. This is no ordinary botanical garden in our sense, it is a huge multicolored complex of visual pleasures in nature. It's an interesting story. Back in 1954, Mr. Pisit and Mrs. Nong Nuch Tansacha purchased the land for fruit and vegetable plantations, but later decided to orient the park towards tourists, set up restaurants, Bungalows, swimming pools, etc. In 1980, the park was opened to all. They named the park after the owners. In 1997, the lake located in the park was drained and a regular park in the French landscape design style was built on the site. The French park covers an area of just over a hectare. Now part of the exhibition of the park is a large exhibition of cars, a passion of the current owner of the park. Several hundred life-size dinosaur figures accompany you, standing around everywhere during your walk. And they're all different dinosaurs. Each signed with its own first and last name, a modern name. A life-size replica of the Stonehenge complex, too. It looks even more attractive than the original. There are several lakes, a garden of stones, many replicas of places of worship and so on and so on. Everything looks new. The complex is well looked after. You can bypass the park via bridges under canopies. They're very comfortable. At any time, the hottest time, you can explore all the corners of the park. Several buildings in the park with cafés and shops are equipped with powerful air conditioning and allow for periodic breaks from the debilitating heat even at noon. Approximately 600 m by 600 m are mandatory to visit the park. They are designed for tourists and it is along them that paths are laid. Even with a surface detour, you need at least two hours. So give the park about half a day. What you can definitely not take is an internal bus. We never needed one.

    Best Botanical Garden Ever!
Where do I start? First of all this place is absolutely massive like at my first visit I would say me and my family travelled around 40-60% of the Garden, I'm just saying this before my second visit since this Garden is worth exploring to it's max. I heavily recommend this Garden for families as it is a blast for kids who are dinosaur fans like I didn't expect there to be dinosaur statues at the Garden in the first place but this Garden just exceeds my expectations tenfold, and the cherry on top is the sheer magnitude of their size like I had to turn my head 90 degrees up just so I could see the sauropods (long neck dinos) I'm just absolutely mind blown after my visit and so would your family. The garden also houses so many attractions such as elephant rides, tour busses around the complex and animal feeding. Before I tie the bow on this review I'll have to mention one more thing which was the amount of photos you will get from this trip like I think I filled up around 5 gigabytes of storage just from photo and one tiny thing is how funny that multiple of the raptors have birds nests on them which was some nice fun. In terms of Botanical Garden's I would say this park has zero competition in my opinion like I have never seen a garden have so much things and be so large at the same time. It truly is the Disney Land of Thailand.

This experience was a little unexpected as I had really read much about it. You arrive via a long drive from the main highway passing many surprising interesting and elaborate sculptures along the route. On arrival you appreciate that the estate is simply huge and has been planned on a Disney styled theme park experience. Entry by ticket costs BHT800 for the gardens and a show which is what we paid. We decided to hop on a sightseeing bus (BHT200 ea) that took us around the areas too far to walk to in the heat. The gardens are amazing and the show was spectacular being in two halves in two stages best described in the pics attached. Recommended you get there at opening time 08.00 as it gets busy by 11.30

I had not heard of it until a friend brought it up and off we went. I was not ready for the scale: 500 acres! It is beautiful with a combination of formal gardens and arrangements of interesting plants. I do wish it had more signs to tell you what the plants are. There are thousands of animal statues, many of dinosaurs, and they do tell you what type all of those are. Definitely a lot of dinosaurs I had never heard of or seen in books/movies. There are elephant rides, and elephant show and a Thai Culture show. There is a "sightseeing bus" that goes to areas you can't walk to as well as saves you a long walk to the Orchid area.

As for the title, living in Thailand, I do not take taxis as a rule. They are nothing but problematic. However, the taxi "mafia" seems to be still strong in the Pattaya area and they will not allow pickups at Nong Nooch. There are several locations around Pattaya that Grab will not allow drivers to pick up passengers for the drivers own safety as there have been attacks by taxi drivers. There is a 7-Eleven to the right hand side of the gate as you leave, a short walk away, and they can pick up there. I choose not to support the taxis and their thuggish ways.

Huge place with an enormous array of plants, especially cacti. Foreign residents treated the same as Thais with regards to costs. The park is absolutely full of dinosaurs and the settings and planting often gives you the feel of being in the Jurassic period. I recommend paying to use the bus as it takes the strain in very hot conditions and you can hop on and off around the park. It also goes where visitors on foot are not allowed to go, particularly through their extensive nurseries. I have never seen so many plants before. The kids would love this place and i think it gives good value for money. The various outlets for refreshments are reasonably priced. Had an enjoyable afternoon.

This is not a garden, but a concrete ghetto filled with plastic dionaseurs. Even worse, the areas where plants are grown in nurseries is off limits to those on foot. One has to take a bus which wizzies through, not allowing one to stop and study the plants.
They promote sustainability, yet millions of plants are kept in plastic or concrete pots. One area which looked from the outside as a proper garden area was fenced off and the gates locked with a sign reading " conservation area ".

The best description is that of a theme park for kids. Elephants can be hired for rides or bananas can be bought to feed these poor animals. Sports cars and giant wheeled vehicles are featured in a display area. How are these distractions related to a garden or a garden?
Everywhere are signs boasting that Nong Nuch Gardens is one of the top ten best gardens in the world. By whom I wonder ?
My advice to any garden lover is to steer well clear .

A complete sham.
We visited the gardens and paid 450 baht online per person ,and after waiting in a long line to manually receive our tickets we entered the park only to discover that we had to pay an extra 200 baht bus ride ti see the sights, the park is very big and not possible to walk through.
The driver’s had an attitude problem and gave a guided tour in Thai ,no English speaking drivers.
The park itself was puzzling, understatement, there were many dinosaurs statues next to panda bear statues followed by shark statues,I didn’t understand the concept or connection to plants.
On the whole a terrible exhibit.
Waste of time and money.

Not at all what we expected… the “botanical” in botanical garden should be replaced with “dinosaur”. There are a lot of animal statues (not very high quality) and the only plants are palm trees and cacti 😅 very underwhelming and for 500 THB not worth it. We expected a bigger variety of plants with descriptions and a beautiful garden, but instead we got giant plastic dinosaurs 🦖

We were 3 adults and 2 children and it was a very appreciated visit by everyone. We paid for admission only but there were lots of packages to choose from. Nice and clean. There are toilets and cafes in many places. Definitely worth a visit for dinosaur lovers. To take a taxi return from pattaya c costs about 1000 baht.
2200 baht 3 adults and 2 children in entry

Very beautiful botanical garden on 242 hectares with magnificent themes and activities for all ages with diverse and varied exhibitions. The prehistoric animals are well presented and there are beautiful flower beds and cacti. We travel by minibus where elephant rides are offered. A magnificent collection of orchids is to be seen and everything is very well explained. The entrance price is 700 bath for a tourist with travel by mini-bus and 400 bath for Thais. The price is worth it and you won't regret it. It takes around 3 hours at least for the walk.

It a great day out for kids and adults. Exploring dinosaurs and just wandering around the gardens. The cost is 400 baht per person. If you want show cost more. You can share bus that will drive you around cost 200 baht. Or you can get private shuttle car and driver for 1500 baht for as many people you want. They is dancing and music show that great, then their is elephant show doing sports. Up to you if you like that.

Sickening Elephant treatment ruined our day. Having recently visited a lovely sanctuary we could easily spot how unhappy these poor creatures were with one particular tormented one being forced to repeat a trick repeatedly and stand on the same spot all the time we were there. How can we believe that Thai people revere these wonderful creatures if they go and abuse them for Money. This park does not need live animals to prosper. Shame on you
