This was my second visit to the ashram.

From my earlier visit review - Very neat and clean temples. The area gives a feel of modernity in midst of forest. The ashram is massive. Most of the areas are closed for the visitors, but I was able to do a tour of most of the ashram. Lovely place.

Why the three stars? Because of their policies. There were boards saying photography and videography is prohibited. For reasons unknown, this seemed more like a ego related stuff rather than actual concern for safety or sanctity of the place. I was told to deposit my camera and phone in a locker at the entrance. However, the locals were freely roaming around in the temples' complex and making videos of even inside of the temples. It seems that in this ashram, the locals and people with contacts with security or other employees can bring in their cameras and do videography and photography to their satisfaction. Only visitors that seem to come from other places are discriminated upon.

The same discrimination also happens when locals can freely roam around but people from other places are not allowed to visit various places that are supposedly out of bounds.

These things seemed to have happened recently. Maybe the higher authorities in the ashram don't know about the egoistic behavior of these staff members. May be the higher authorities in the ashram themselves know and encourage this. Whatever it may be, I am not visiting the ashram again! My review has gone to two stars from the earlier 5.

This is a large ashram with multiple small temples and various other buildings. Only a small part is open for public. The place is very attractive and well maintained. Definitely worth a visit.

This is a new ashram that has come in the last few years. There is a group of temples, a Vedic school, a guest house, a meditation center, and various other facilities. The overall establishment is huge but only a part is open for the general public. It is surrounded by dense forests.
