Nerdgasm !

This place is awesome ! Trains ,cars, planes - well worth the visit. Climbing up into the 747 was fun. The Imax dome here wasn't really worth it, the one in Sinsheim is better.

There is not much to add about this place. It is wonderful with fascinating displays, well-organized, family friendly and clean. There are so many interesting and valuable exhibits. One needs at least half-a-day for the visit, but if you are an enthusiast you can spend there even 2 days. I recommend to start your visit early. After 10.30 it starts... More

One of the most impressive specialized museums I have ever visited. Planes, trains, boats, and automobiles of every classification. Walk into the cockpit of a 747 and slide down a evacuation tube, go inside a German U-Boat, see the interior of a Russian space station. The exhibits are hands on and incredible. Fun for all ages.

The home of one of the few surviving Russian Buran space shuttles. The space exhibit in general is really interesting. The rest of the museum is rather haphazardly organized, especially compared with its sister museum in Speyer, but there are vintage cars, aircraft, boats, and even a couple of U-Boats. The merry-go-round from the 19th century is fun, too. And... More

I had built in time to see this place and was not disappointed. My principal interest is cars, but the main hall was packed with lots of other stuff. You need to go round twice, the second time to look up as there are many exhibits hung from the ceiling. Outside, there are planes, trains, boats, military vehicles, and various... More

While the sure size and diversity of this collection is amazing, my favorite aspect is walking through all the preserved transport and cargo aircraft. I've never walked up the steps of a 747 to the top floor or stood in the cargo bay of a Russian space shuttle before.

All modes of transport -- planes, trains, boats, helicopter, cars, motorbikes - of all ages, including World War 2 planes. Even space shuttle! Opportunity to explore the insides of planes, boats, and even submarine. There's a Boeing 747 propped up in the middle. Great for boys and men! Even women would enjoy it.

The museum is very interesting, especially in the field of space research I found a lot of exciting facts and objects. The museum is a little bit smaller, than we counted on but it can be just because a couple of months ago we were in the Auto & Technik Museum in Sinsheim and it was enourmous so now we... More

Very interesting place, they have so many cars, planes, train and even a submarine. I really recommend to visit this Museum. They have a cheap and good restaurant named Hangar with its good.
