It was free to use it and they took our bicycles on board too, helpful and free of charge. Nice ride, especially welcome in foul weather. Train takes you straight from the ferry into the middle of town.

The lifeline of the isle, it is a beautiful thing to experience. The cars are old, not very wheelchais accessible. The wmcars were well kept and the ride was slow but comfortable. You cannot miss this amazing ride

What a lovely welcome to the island. Ticket is included in the ferryticket. Beter than taking the bus although i'm not sure it's faster. Feels like going back in time in a good way. Children will love the ride.

This is a door to door free antique train service from the harbour to the town center. Super charming and this is a really special way to welcome the visitors to this island. Keep up the tradition!

A lovely trip from the ferry to the centre of Borkum. The only thing is the timing in the mornings is a bit off when trying to catch the ferry back to the mainland.

Makes easy to find the way from boat to the center of Borkum. Is free of use (price for train is included in ferry-ticket price). The vagons are the same like in the beginning of 1900, with beautiful polished wooden seats. A short trip that...More
