We went here in mid-October during a beautiful clear and sunny day. The scenery was very impressive and the walks along/around the lake are well worth it. This is definitely one of the best lakes to visit in the area.

The lake is well spread and has nice stay places around it. We stayed at one overlooking the lake. Was good to walk upto /around the lake. Small Cafes serving baked items and coffee became a welcome break

We loved our day here, great fun swimming, lovely beaches and lots to do eg paddle boat and boat hire, cafes and restaurants. Can't wait to go back. What a wonderful day swimming amidst the mountains.

The landscape is unbelievable mountains surrounding this beautiful blue lake. We stayed the whole day in the "beach" part, where you can take your barbecue grill and chill with friends. The water is cold, but ok to getting in and swim a little bit. Tips:...More
