The Eames need a factory to produce their chairs. Through Herman Miller they meet the owner of Vitra a German factory in the most Southwest corner of Germany. Any further and you be in France or Switzerland. This campus is a tribute to The Chair....More

Was on bucketlist for a few years. Did not disappoint at all. Vitra haus and museum also great for kids. Site is very quiet. Impressive!

This is the chair museum ! So many designers worked with Vitra over the years. From our school days until today, we recognise so many of them, from the most uncomfortable ones to the craziest design.
