Apart from an eating place at the top, and a few walking tracks, i wouldn't rank this as a must do experience.

Have visited twice, once this year and once last year. Always best to pick a nice clear day otherwise you won't be able to see much. Amazing view from the top. Friendly staff. Kept clean. Would highly recommend.

The Fellhorn Bahn and staff is an experience. We hiked up to where the snow allowed us to go and hopped onto the bahn for the ride to the top. An amazing view is awaiting you and the restaurant on top serves lovely food.

I worked down in this ski resort and had to take the lift everydsay to go to lunch and afterwards ski down the slopes. The new lift goes fast and there isn't to much waiting at the felhorn side. The pistes were everyday well prepared...More

Really enjoy Fellhorn with our 10 and 12 years olds. Plenty to do and slopes gradually get trickier building confidence. The one at the top where you can ski in and out of Germany and Austria is especially fun for kids

Skiing was very poor, the runs were not groomed at all. All blue runs had moguls! Very difficult for younger skiers. Not impressed at all. The Austrian side was well groomed, but overall not worth the effort. Not for beginner skiers at all.

Fellhorn - Kanzelwandbahn, a "correct" modern ski-resort, laying on the German-Austrian border. Served by numerous cable cars, offers a lot of alternatives, from the extremely long Kanzelwand-Talabfahrt (4.5 km) and Fellhorn-Talabfahrt (almost 6 km!) to shorter, but more interesting, slopes right under the Kanzewand Horn...More

Its a nice place to visit,if you are visiting Oberstdorf. No words to describe the feeling felt first time. My piece of advise,do plan your trip and make full usage of your time if you are planning this hike.

Brilliant four-hour walk from the valley floor to the summit. You can take the cable car for more money than a Ryanair flight from London to Berlin (well it's worth making the comp) or do your thighs some good by hiking. :)
