I stayed here as part of a small group tour. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The palapas aren't fancy but were clean and comfortable and had everything you needed including chairs and hammocks on each patio. Wifi can be a bit sketchy, there were a couple of nights that it didn't work too well. The property was well... More

The owner always says to people when they visit La Ventana that there is more to the area than just kiteboarding or sail boarding. On our last trip, we got skunked on wind. So we wanted to go spearfishing. A friend said he could line up a boat we just needed to get some gear. I had brought everything but... More

This was our first visit to La Ventana and we can't wait to go back to Palapas Ventana. My husband took kiteboarding lessons and was extremely impressed by the high level of instruction. (Believe me he is not easily impressed!) We drove over from La Paz, arrived about 1:30 p.m., were greeted by the charming Janine (Jimena?), and his lessons... More

If you are looking for something fun, friendly, and adventurous this is the place. If Cabo and Cancun seem like the farthest thing from a fun Mexican get away then consider La Ventana. My friends and I stayed here to kiteboard. However, there are plenty of other things to do if there is no wind. The casitas are small and cozy.... More

"The time of my life". If you want to have the perfect location up the beach away from the party, but close enough to partake in what you want. This is you're place. I truly have friends and family in La Ventana because of the the culture that Palapas Ventana has within it's beach resort experience. I look forward to... More
