This place has very healthy animals & great environments in the enclosures. Though the animals in the zoo are beautiful & thriving, I was very displeased staying in the park’s accommodations. One of our rooms in the cabin had a dysfunctional AC. The bathrooms had mold. Checking in & out of the place took very long, especially check-out. After multiple calls, it took an hour for their van to pick us up from the cabin to the concierge area. The food all over the park was mediocre. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They wouldn’t replace or refill the chafing dishes, leaving us still hungry after breakfast. The Michel Angelo in the park wasn’t at par with their other branches in the City. Lots of great potential for a world-class facility, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

I visited the place together with my family as a birthday treat. The place is clean and highly recommended for local and foreign tourists.

The tour during the day and night safari was a good experience. The food offered at Base Camp was okay and they had limited options. There were other restaurants available but we only ate there.
Cabin experience was very good. The amenities really made us feel at home. Customer service of staff was also very good.

The place is huge and with different kinds of animals! We are amazed but the time we went most of the animals were sleeping but still it is a great experience! We never tried the rooms but the zoo itself is amazing! Though a bit tiring to walk under the blazing sun but its worth it

Perched on top of the hill you have a fantastic view to the coast and over the valleys. The cabin is spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. You must rely on a park vehicle to transfer you from the cabins to the pool, the dinner restaurant, and the Safari Park, because it is too steep and far to walk. The infinity pool has amazing views, and it is surrounded by family cabins which have two or three bedrooms and cooking facilities. They are located a long way from the one-bedroom cabins, so you do not hear any noise from them. They are designed to accommodate large groups. The breakfast buffet was very poor in the selection and quantity. The kitchen could not keep up with the demand for food, and we struggled to get any food because the large family groups were seated in the breakfast area and had first access as new fresh trays arrived from the kitchen. We were seated in the overflow area around the corner in the dinner restaurant, and despite several trips back to the buffet, it had been wiped out. The Safari Park was magnificent, and the animals are displayed in large cage, free environments. The park reminds me of the Singapore zoo, another favourite.

CLEAN, very helpful staff at every corner, but mostly the animals appear to be very well taken care of, clean habitats, large areas, no small cages. All the animals were great to see, the birds were fun, the giraffe was a hoot, the food was ok and priced very reasonably proced also.. shuttles everywhere.. bad leg didnt stop me from getting around quite easily.. , my son and his same-age friend LOVEd it.(so did u parents) BE CAREFUL THOUGH! The professional pics they take add up quickly we bought 5 and were 1250pesos for 5 pics.. overall Highly Recommend this property

Cebu Safari Adventure Park is one of Cebu’s pride. Though it is 2 hours away from the City, it is worth it. The place is well maintained, the animals are managed well, the working team on the ground were great!
Do not hesitate to visit, but come in your most comfortable outfit & shoes.

cebu safari for now is the our worst experience
1. not friendly employees esp the tram driver. We have kids and all they want us to just walk in sunlight to get to other animals. example we are in aviary show we said if they could bring us in snake or other animals they said we just walk bec its near
2. no social distancing in tram we are 14 pax they all want us to be together with other group of people. Where is the social distancing??
3. you need to wait forever for the tram
4. When we ask about the manager to complain no manager or any support to talk to.
I think cebu safari need seminar for all the employees. to be more courteous more friendly bec your entrance is not that cheap

We rented a van to get to this place. I read that you can commute to it, but it may be difficult.
The area is huge and even with the map, it was quite confusing to get to places. Good thing the people with us have been here before so they were familiar where to go.
The trams don't run everywhere, there are just specific places for pick up and drop off, so you have to ask first.
There are many animals but some parts didn't seem well maintained... Where the crocs lived was very smelly. The food for the meerkat had tons of ants already. Some animals seem like they haven't had a bath in months(crusty fur). The water/pond(?) is so dirty too.
Fortunately, most of the animals have enough space to roam around.
The gardens were nice, and the bird show is not to be missed.
We ate at The Outpost and the price was reasonable and it was also delicious.

Travelled for almost two hours from cebu. There is quiet a queue when we arrive but it was well organized.Park is huge, staff are well trained and friendly. Every activity is thoroughly planned.Check out the schedules when you arrive to plan your route.
Each tour is so short and there’s not much animal to see.
We only see three lions in there white Lion Safari.
They have vehicle tours for Lion Safari and African Savnna. They need to add more attractions for the price to be worth it.

Is there a luggage room to store our luggage at the park? I'll be landing at Mactan airport in the morning and I plan to visit the Adventure park and leave for my hotel which is in Oslob.

It's isolated so unless you have a car or a private driver getting there might be difficult. If you have a car leave your luggage in the trunk.
How to get there from Cebu Safari to Neri's Ville Selfie Corner? Thanks

Sorry for this late reply. We hired a private car to take us there.
Hi. We are coming from Bacolod and plan to go to Carmen, Cebu a day before visiting Cebu Safari. Backpacking with a toddler. Any recommendations for a place to stay within Carmen, and near Cebu Safari? Alhibe Farm not available anymore for our desired date. Many thanks!

If I visit this park from 8 am then can I caught my flight at 5 pm from matcan airport? As I see it’s far from Cebu city? What are the chances of getting transportation to there and returning back to airport direct from this park?

Hi, I don't think it is a good idea to visit the park on the same day as your flight. It would take you 2 hours or more (from cebu city) to get to the park because of traffic. So that would be an hour more going to Mactan Airport. Maybe next time if you have more time to visit since the park is huge and has various activities to enjoy.

Is the price of entry really based on height? 3 feet is about 91cm - my not yet 2 year old is about that height! Will she really be required to pay full fee?

They didn't allow bringing in of food and drinks from outside when we visited, but I'm not sure about this special case though.

I know there is no outside food allowed. However, can we bring our own bottled water?
Also, what are the lunch options?
