We have travelled to Silver Star for the past three Christmases. Excellent snow conditions and very little fog. Quiet at night which is great for families. The resort is small and feels very safe for kids. Great ski school and terrain for all levels. Also off3ers fun tubing and skating with All in One Pass. Great value. Only hassle is... More

Silver Star mountain resort is a great destination for fantastic skiing! The majority of the runs are rated as intermediate. While we were there, we were frequently the only people on a particular ski run. There was plenty of snow, visibility was good, and it was sunny.

Fantastic hill! It's our new favorite. It's perfect for a family vacation. It's a true ski-in and ski out. Snow was super. Great terrain especially for advanced skiers. X-c unparalleled. Only gripe- there should be flexibility in skating and tubing and not only for days that you also skied. Loved it!!! Already booked for next xmas!!

Really enjoyed our first trip to SilverStar. Need to be careful at the end of the day to make sure on your last run you can get back up on the chair to get back to your hotel. It was not crowded, nice people on the mountain :)

The map is somewhat confusing when first examined, but large map at top of Comet Chair is excellent. Moving about the resort from one area to another is somewhat difficult. Requires in most case very flat traverse trails, but hills once accessed are very good and variable.

AMAZING powder experience!!! My husband and I snowboard and are from Ontario, so this was our first time out West to feel real snow!! Started at Lake Louise, moved to Revelstoke then Silverstar... Our goPro died at the beginning of the day, but we would have had the BEST vidoes of our trip at Silverstar! Super fun trails that we... More

We have different reviews about the hotel we stayed in and the 1609 restaurant but the resort itself is adorable. We were here for a friends elopement and it felt magical when we drove up the mountain and arrived. Very charming, wish I knew how to ski.

Just spent a day at SilverStar Resort with friends we are visiting. After snowmobiling - arranged through Okanagan Rentals, we had a terrific linch at the Red Antler restaurant in the village. It was awesome! The cheddar and potato soup is thick and hearty and the Winter Greens salad with goat cheese is huge and filling. Service was efficient and... More
