Flawless Yoga Center - State of the Art Yoga School
I have been studying and doing the intense course Yoga Instructor - Level 1 at Swasti Yoga and it has been very professionally carried out by Dr. Vikas and Dr. Shwetambari and I have learned so much about many aspects of the science of Yoga which being said is already beneficial for my daily life. This has been by all means the one of the greatest investment I've done in this life. Swasti Yoga Center is the state of the art when it comes to Yoga and for sure I am going for Level 2 next time. I recommend Swasti and its teachers for everyone who requires qualified understanding of Yoga as Swasti is authorized by Government of India... If you want to improve your life, health and get the tools to live a conscious life then Swast Yoga Centre is for sure very safe choice... Namaskaram 🙏🏽

  • Wonderful experience
I participated in the Foundation Course at the Swasti yoga centre and I am very satisfied with the experience. I learnt about the true meaning of yoga, the different yogic practices and benefits, and I feel spiritually enriched. Dr Vikas Chothe was my teacher, a very competent and friendly person, who followed me on this path of knowledge with patience and empathy, understanding my needs and my times. All the staff members supported and welcomed me to this school, such as Dr Shwetambari, with her great gentleness and understanding, and the assistant Deepali, who was very kind and helpful. I translated 2 books and learnt many yogic teachings. The Chote family welcomed me like a daughter and introduced me to the Indian culture, its customs and traditions. I had many different experiences, such as attending a wedding, climbing a mountain, visiting the science museum, fountain shows, going to school to spread the word about the importance of reducing our environmental impact on the planet. I learnt about Indian food and fell in love with it, thanks to Mother Ujwala's delicious dishes and her generosity. I had wonderful conversations with Papa Rajendra about life and the importance of being together, because 2+2= 5 :) The little one of the house is Anvi and she filled my heart with her cheerfulness and purity. My room was clean and spacious, I even had a private bathroom. It was an amazing experience and I am very grateful for everything. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is fascinated by this discipline and wants to learn about it or explore it further, immersing themselves in Indian culture ️!

    Illuminative and relaxing
I participated in the Yoga Foundation as well as the volunteer program. The lessons gave me a proper understanding of what Yoga truly is and inspired me to learn more. Along with practice and theory sessions, during my stay at Swasti I discussed many interesting topics with Dr. Vikas and other members of his lovely family and the Center. I had a chance to experience Indian culture and Yogic philosophy through guided local excursions, as well as the traditional cusine prepared by the wonderful family cook. As a volunteer I translated a book about Yoga and was given freedom with how and when I work. It was a very pleasant stay overally, so I definitely recommend the Center, both for short and longer visits.

In the past three weeks, I took part in the Protocol Instructor Course at Swasti Yoga Center, and I had a wonderful and eye-opening experience. During my stay I got to fully understand the meaning and importance behind the centenary tradition of Yoga, which unlike what I thought before my arrival it is not simply a physical practice but instead a tool to control our mind and to reach balance and calmness.
Every day, I had the chance to take part in multiple classes, both practical and theoretical, held by experienced and knowledgeable teachers. I learned in depth about the true meaning of yoga, yoga texts, various practices and their benefits, the human body and the appliace of yoga into everyday life.
Other than this, I had the chance to fully immerse into the Indian culture and to live like a local. I learned enormously about new costumes, traditions, values and mindsets, and I felt in love with Indian cuisine.
Since day one, I was welcomed with open harms and treated like a family member by the Chote family, who truly made my stay unforgettable. Together, we did many activities, among which trips to temples, museums and to nearby cities, we visited a school, where I had the chance to speak about my home country, Italy and we went to an Ayurveda college where we visited the anatomy, physiology and ayurvedic medicine departments. Thanks to these visits, I had the chance to observe with my own eyes how yoga is an integral part of indian society and to apply all the teachings I learned from my everyday classes.
I am extremely grateful to every person I have met for having taught me a life lesson that I will forever carry with me. I really feel like, despite my short stay, I have grown up enormously, became a better version of myself and found some role models that will forever inspire me.
Thanks a lot again to every member of the Chote family, the staff at the yoga center, and the other students for having taught me so much. I really hope to be able to apply everything I have learned from you and to share the beautiful lessons learned to my family and friends.

I have been doing the 2-weeks foundations yoga course with Dr. Vikas and have learned a lot about yoga practice and philosophy. We were a small group so the lessons were costumized to our needs.
Excursions in and around Pune, a food tour about Indian cuisine and group events were also part of the Programm. And the food was absolutely delicious 🤤
I had a great time with Swasti Yoga Center and felt like a part of the family. I can highly recommend this Yoga Center if you would like to deep dive into yoga in a warm-hearted and familiar athmosphere.

My experience at Swasti Yoga Center was a challenging and beautiful one: I did a yoga foundation course of 14 days and eventually I didn't want to leave that place as these beautiful people made me feel at home since the first day, the food was amazing and I enjoyed every moment that I had with the family:I was part of it!!
About the course I have to say that it requires a lot of discipline but I had many rewards and I have learned so much knowledge from Vikas, and I can' t be grateful enough for the time spent there.
In the future I will probably complete my first yoga instructor course here, I can' t wait to come back again.
See you soon
Thank you 🙏🙏

A lousy experience. (I was a month and a week with them)

If you go volunteering, you have to do the mandatory yoga course, if not, you have 4 days to leave. (it happened with 3 different people who were in the time I was there)

Spending (rather, losing money) for two SAD and BORING hours of class a day. the first, from 6.30 to 7.30 where if you are lucky, you do 2-3 asanas in the whole class. The rest is super slow stretching.

The theory class is a PDF, tedious, boring and messy, where it becomes very difficult to understand. It is nothing visual or didactic.

The communication is horrible, they tell you the news the same day or the day before, they change plans often, they ALWAYS HAVE TINY LETTER FOR EVERYTHING and the vibes of the school are negative, we have to use incense, stones, to clean the vibes constantly.

They kicked us out 3 weeks earlier than planned, two days in advance, (because they were going on holidays) without asking what we were thinking or worrying if we had other accommodation. (ZERO professional, like the entire course and stay)

They says ended the course just by finishing the PDF's.
After 1 month, we finally did an asana class a day (replacing the theory one), therefore we were super atrophied and in a lot of physical pain from not doing anything else for a month (Unless you put on a youtube video for your account and do something, which is sad if you are in an academy)

Several volunteers and students, including me for a time, slept on the floor, on a stretcher or sharing a room with other students. (If you don't mind that's fine, but you figure you'll be sleeping in a bed, and that's not always the case.)

The ONLY positive and best:
The food is incredible, nothing to say about it, that’s is the best of the school, together with his dear father, a charming and smiling person.

I thought yoga was just stretching, but I was wrong.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who thought this. Yoga is SO much more than just stretching!

I mean, sure, you do a lot of stretching in yoga, but you also do a lot of strengthening, balancing, and breathing exercises. Along with this, what I was taught was that it is also about loving life and connecting the many parts of it together...

It's a really great workout, and it's so much fun! I'm not a new when it comes to yoga, but I'm always learning new things in every class. If you're thinking about giving yoga a try, you are in good hands with Vikas and Shwetambari, I definitely recommend it!

Completed the kids yoga training. It was an amzing journey, very informative and challenging.
I consider myself very lucky to come across this wonderful center, the Swasti Yoga Center in India. I thought I will only be learning about Asanas and Breathing techniques, at my surprise, I was able to learn more about myself, self discovery and self discipline and It was really inspiring for me to learn yoga philosophy and deepen my knowledge.
Such a wonderful journey, and a great family. The place of love and unity. I would like to thank Dr. Vikas Chothe for his help, support and hard work.
Namaste.

Amazing place where everyone is treated like family and you instantly feel welcomed. Full and part time TTC available, where you get more than just a teaching certificate: you take an exam with the Quality Council of India to be a certified yoga professional by the Indian government (Ministry of Ayush). The course teaches all aspects and forms of yoga, including its origin, Vedic knowledge, and how it impacts the physical body/health benefits. If you are truly seeking the deep knowledge/philosophy/spirituality of yoga and want more than a simple teaching certificate, this is the place!
