We stayed in the area 2 nights while touring France. As Samuel Johnson said "the purpose of travel is to see the Mediterranean", and the beach here fits that bill. It was cool when we were there, but the beaches were clean and large. Probably...More

What a wonderful beach! Best to explore on horseback. Alternatively, use public parking and walk to the far end.

Great beach, nice promenade, shops and cafes. Rest rooms and all the things needed for a day at the beach.

Great beach for a long walk just outside the town. As we were here on 11 November, we were not sunbathing or swimming but lovely white sandy beach.

Even in autumn still sheltered enough by the breakwaters to provide a clean swim as a relax from the intense Camargue, plenty of parking, free toilets and changing facilities in the free parking lot, nice old town nearby, busy at weekends. Paddle boards for hire...More

Since we're from Orange County, this cute little beach town reminded us of our beaches. Commercial, touristy, lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. We enjoyed a break from gritty Arles with a long walk and a good seafood lunch in this very pleasant resort beach...More

It's September, and there's hardly anyone on the beach, so this may be an inaccurate picture - but let me paint it anyway. The town centre beaches consist of soft, clean sand. Offshore breakwaters provide a series of lagoons where the water is calm and...More

Lovely day out for the kids and family next to a historic town. There was a nice restaurant on the beach. With plenty of space for the family this was a good beach.

This beach is undoubtedly good for families with young kids since the waters are calm and the reinforcements have created lagoons where tou can swim, stand-up paddle etc. It must get very busy in July/Aug and there are no facilities (showers, toilets). There is a...More
