We visited the Cathedral during the day and there was a choir there the atmosphere was wonderful. The architecture is wonderful, the bishops on the entrance, the detail is phenomenal.

This is the most impressive I have seen after Sagrade Familia in Barcelona. I feel this Notre Dame more worth then the one in Paris, not only outside, certainly inside is must see. Sit on a bench outside, take your time to watch the exterior

If you are In Amiens to remember the fallen,especially if you are from Oz it is a must! Go to the Australian War Memorial just outside Amiens, too!

One of the biggest cathedrals in France! Impressive is the only word to describe it. Worth a visit! Be sure to use some time while you are here. It's so many things worth looking at.

There is a tour that takes you up there and you need to check with the ticket office and shop to the immediate left of the Cathedral. Google Amiens cathedral Tours for more. Don't miss it.

We were staying in Amines and got the train to Paris for a day it's very easy to do. So yes would be easy for you from Paris to Amines
