Great place for an overview of the city. Easy enough to access. Buy tickets at the tourist information centre, then take the lift up. Stunning views at the top with helpful information boards. Don't get caught out like we did...it's closed between 12-2pm.

This building is absolutely stunning in architecture, you can take in the underground tour and then take the lift to the top where you can take on the sights over the whole of Arras... Well worth a visit..!

The elevator and a spiral staircase with 43 steps lead to an outside walkway around the tower. Just under the clock, stunning views on the markets and the abbey. Entrance under the tourist office.

We visited on a frosty January morning so the tower was empty. The views must be amazing on a brighter day. The stairs after the lift are steep and clearly not health and safety assessed but this IS France.unfortunately the tunnels were not open until the next week ,which we were really hoping to go into. There were at least... More

Worth a trip to the top of the tower as it offers great views of the town and surrounding areas.........there is a lift to the top followed by a spiral staircase that is very old and a bit scarey if you don't like heights.....the downside for us was the lift brokedown and we were stuck with a large group of... The view from the top is amazing and directs your eye to major battle grounds of WW1. Great perspective. Inside the belfry is quite interesting but if you can climb the steep stairs, it is well worth it.

Great view of the city, but the stairs (although not too strenuous) are not for the faint of heart. The spiral staircase is safe, but very uncomfortable if you are scared of heights. We got some great photos, and you can so a lot from the tower. The price was great to go up, and it was not at all... More

For a different perspective of the Grand Place and views across to Vimy Ridge and Mont ST Eloi this is a must.

Only 3 Euros and there is a lift most of the way up, about 40 steps after that, buy tickets at the tourist kffice. Great views of Arras, the two places and out to the countryside.
